Lani is a joyful and kind-hearted 6-year-old who discovered the magic of yoga while practicing with her mommy. She loved how it helped her feel strong, calm, and happy inside—so much that she began sharing it with her friends and cousins too! Now, Lani is on a mission to help other kids feel brave in their bodies and bright in their hearts—one pose at a time.
